Following a fatal road traffic collision this morning (Monday 25th Aug – 08:30) on the A403 at Pilning, the road has now reopened northbound.
The road continues to remain closed southbound between Redwick Road and Govier Way whilst essential repairs are undertaken. Long delays are expected tomorrow (Tuesday 26th Aug). Please check your travel plans before departing, and if you are able to avoid this area please do so.
Witnesses or anyone with dashcam footage showing the vehicles before the collision are being asked to speak to police.
