PLEASE COULD YOU INFORM YOUR STAFF WHO MAY BE AFFECTED. Farm Lane (NCN4), which supports walking and cycling between Cribbs Causeway and Severn Beach will be closed for resurfacing between Mon. 28th Oct.(07.30hrs) to Wed. 30th Oct. (18.00hrs).
During the closure a signed diversion route via Bowstreet Lane, B4055, A403 and the Western Approach Distribution Park will be in place. Please see map here. This diversion unfortunately adds a significant additional distance to the journey.
We haven’t been able to identify an alternative cycle-fit diversion. You may want to check out our maps here to look for any alternatives and keep an eye on the Severn Ride and Stride facebook page here.
If you find a suitable route perhaps you could let us know and we can pass it on. The bridleways and footpaths are all quite muddy at the moment.
