Work will begin on Wednesday 12th February to construct bellmouth entrances and recinstruct the pavement outside Portside Park. This is the new development opposite Accolade Wines and close to the junction with St. Andrew’s Road.
Phase 1 of the works is to construct the East Bellmouth and will run until Fri 21st February.
Whenever possible the work will be undertaken without the need for traffic management, and enabling two way traffic.
For the safety of the construction staff and other road users single lane working will be necessary on one half day (12th Feb from 09:30) and two full days (Mon. 17th Feb and Thu. 20th Feb).
During this time, traffic management will be via Priority Working with priority given to traffic turning into Kings Weston Lane from St. Andrew’s Road.
When single carriageway working is underway, we would advise traffic travelling from Kings Weston Lane to St. Andrew’s Road to consider diverting via Merebank Rd and Poplar Way West.

Phase 2 is planned to run from 24th Feb to the 3rd March and Phase 3 from 3rd March to 17th March 2020.
